Jappy Takhar
Managing Director

Jappy Takhar serves as Managing Director for comitFS, responsible for vision, strategy, and developing next generation products.

His role is to interact with the global investment banking community, understand the unified communications strategies being developed, and to oversee the building of intelligent solutions that integrate into the trade workflow from within the enterprise or through hosted Cloud platforms.

Prior to this, Jappy was the global lead innovator for BT Unified Trading Collaboration Server, leveraging his more than 20 years’ experience in the ICT business. Jappy joined BT in 1989 after gaining his degree in Computer Science from Kingston University. He was awarded an MBA in information technology management by City University, London, in 1994.

Oliver Kemmis
CTO and Director of Consultancy Services

Oliver Kemmis serves as CTO and Director of Consultancy Services for comitFS, responsible for driving the core focus and innovations across the product set.

His role involves engaging with clients, distributors and partners to ensure that comitFS deliver leading-edge products and services. Working on short-term engagements and long-term visionary labs, his constant focus has been integrating new technology with legacy infrastructure, and realising business benefits with the flexibility for future extensions.

Oliver joined BT Syntegra with a first class honours degree from the University of Leeds, moving quickly into the financial services practice. With a strong focus on mobility, Oliver delivered some of the first mobile recording, email and data delivery services to the financial industry over 10 years ago.

Chris Manderson

Chris Manderson is responsible for enterprise sales, channel sales and operations at comitFS.

Prior to comitFS, Chris was a director at vendor organisations comitted to addressing the requirements of the global banking and securities technology markets. He held his most recent position at BT – prior to this, Chris held directorships with DST International, Micrognosis Inc and ARBAT – a subsidiary of a London Bank. Chris has worked in London and the major European financial centres, as well as in New York, Chicago and the Far East.

Kayode Olajide
Senior Telephony Engineer

Kayode has dedicated his time in computer research to Systems Networking and Telecommunications.

As a Master’s graduate in Computer Systems and Telecommunications Kayode has continued to apply his interest practically, whilst continuing to study various systems. Kayode is certified in Cisco Network and Security as well as Asterisk Administration. His avid interesst in telecommunications has built an understanding across major systems, Avaya, BT, IPC, Etrali, Asterisk and many more.

Kayode’s manages the core implementation and build of the Voice Messaging Platform as well as designing technical implementations between VoIP and Legacy voice networks.

Phillip Bungey
Non Executive Director

Phillip is a Chief Operating Officer of Seven Investment Management and has over 29 years financial services experience.

Phillip has held senior management and director roles at the Barclays Group, UBS and Lloyd’s of London as well as more recently at Nutmeg. His background is rich in technology infrastructure, large-scale back office operations and e-commerce innovation. Phillip implemented the first ever ‘real time’ online share trading system in the UK during his tenure as Research and Development Director for Barclays Stockbrokers.
