The comitFS CAS (Common Application Server) is an open extensible middleware capable of processing information collated from multiple communication channels and data sources. We only ever work with published API’s from the trader voice or recording vendors, presenting our customers with a single API to integrate regulated conversations or CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics, in-house CRM) with the desktop applications to support client interactions and call history.
